The 快色视频 chapter of the American Association for Women in 快色视频 Colleges (AAWCC) strives to provide employees with a space that encourages collegiality, collaboration, innovation, service, and professional and personal enrichment. The chapter is governed by bylaws (pdf) and will accomplish the following:
- Support the College鈥檚 strategic priority of providing pathways to institutional excellence and the specific strategy of 鈥淸promoting] employee excellence and retention by investing in our full-time and part-time employees, ensuring that all employees are supported as they exceed expectations identified within the College鈥檚 Core Values";
- Position 快色视频 as an institution that supports the American Association of 快色视频 Colleges (AACC) through representation and contributions of employee talent and commitment; and
- Demonstrate 快色视频鈥檚 commitment to equity and inclusion.

The , a council of the , is the leading national organization that champions women and maximizes their potential at community colleges. Founded in 1973, AAWCC provides education, career development, and advancement to women educators and students at community colleges. AAWCC is an organization for women (not of women); membership is encouraged for anyone who wants to support the mission of AAWCC.
